Official Trailer: Life Cycles

I can't put my finger on what makes this trailer "cutting edge." Maybe it's the stunning cinematography-- but plenty of trailers have stunning cinematography. Maybe I'm biased, as a mountain biker myself. I just keep coming back to the script-- "This isn't a bike movie, it's a movie about a bike..." That, and the voiceover-- casual, grounded, and a little bit sexy. These are the things that took me by surprise, that made this video feel like the breath of fresh air you suck in after pedaling up a mountain. So even though I can't completely explain why, this trailer definitely deserves a mention on this page.
